Our Program
The What's Important Now Program (W.I.N.) has been created to develop the entire soccer scene. We are focused on reaching players, families, coaches, referees and communities across the country.
During each stage of a players career, specific aspects rise above others. In W.I.N., we're able to provide a focused level of training allowing for development and enjoyment throughout our pathway.
Whether you join us as a league, club, team, player, parent or community. The W.I.N. Pathway and Experience will provide you with a continued program and event schedule to enjoy and develop within.
Our Pathway
BASE Level - Introduction (8U and below). Coming in 2022.
Level 1 - Grassroots (9-12U). This level involves an environment which is focused on developing a solid technical foundation allowing for more enjoyment in playing due to skill learning.
Level 2 - Middle School (13-14U). Is created for the pre high school aged player and parent. At this level, we work within player/parent workshops enhancing development through training sessions focused on specific positions based on a player interests.
Level 3 - College ID Me (15-18U). Welcomes the start of navigating through high school and the potential college recruitment process. Evaluate, Education, and Empower is our priority here.
Level 4 - College Development (17-23U). Here we help with committed and current college players in providing continued growth opportunities both on and off the field.
